Terms of Service for AI Supermodel

1. Introduction

Welcome to AI Supermodel, owned and operated by Kawaii, Inc., an AI-powered image & text generation application. These Terms of Service ("ToS") are a legal contract between you, the user, and AI Supermodel ("we", "us", or "our"), governing your use of the AI Supermodel application and services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading, installing, or using AI Supermodel, you agree to be bound by these ToS. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, do not use AI Supermodel.

  • Infringing content that violates intellectual property rights.
  • Content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, offensive, hateful, or promotes violence or harm.
  • Content that violates privacy or publicity rights.
AI Supermodel reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review and remove or disable access to content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these ToS.

Your use of AI Supermodel is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information that pertains to your privacy.

8. Limitation of Liability
